This individual will have key responsibility for supporting our company's and clients' social media strategies and identifying new ways to optimize their online business. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for updating clients' social media channels, assisting with current and future Social Recruiting and Marketing initiatives, supporting and enhancing the social recruitment process for multiple clients and researching engagement-worthy content.
Our ideal candidate will have 3 to 5+ years experience using various social media channels (specifically, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest and Twitter), as well using social media management programs. Additionally, have solid understanding of SEO, brand principles, possess strong written, and verbal interpersonal skills.
